The Guide below is for devices purchased directly or

All returns require an RMA number in order to be processed. Any returns received
without a valid RMA number will not be processed.
An RMA number will be issued by email when a request is sent to
[email protected] . Please include proof of purchase information in your email:
name of the company that you purchased this product, date of purchase, and an
electronic facsimile of your proof of purchase receipt.

P.O. Box addresses are not accepted for RMA returns. You must provide us with a
physical address to complete the RMA Process.

Warranty Information:
Limited 12 Month Warranty
Unilution Inc. warrants that this product shall be free from defects in materials and
workmanship for 12 months from the original purchase date. If the product is
defective, Unilution Inc.'s sole obligation under this warranty shall be at its election,
subject to the terms of this warranty, to repair or replace any parts deemed
defective. This warranty is the exclusive benefit of the original purchaser and is not
assignable or transferable. THIS WARRANTY IS MADE IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER
WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES,
INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANATABILITY AND
FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED TO THE TERMS OF THIS
WARRANTY, UNLESS OTHERWISE PROHIBITED BY LAW.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Unilution Inc. expressly disclaims and
excludes from this warranty any liability for damages, including but not limited to
general, special, indirect, incidental, consequential, aggravated, punitive or
exemplary damages. Economic loss (even if Unilution Inc. is informed of their
possibility), third part claims against you, including any loss or damages, and
claims of damages related to loss of, or damages to your property are excluded.
This warranty does not apply to the exterior of any product of which has been
damaged or defaced. This warranty will be void by misuse of product, improper
physical environment, improper repair, acts of God, war or terror, commercial use,
and improper service, operation or handling.
Any claim under this warranty must be made in writing to Unilution Inc. within 30
days after the owner discovers the circumstances giving rise to any such claim.
Include a copy of this warranty document, a receipt or copy of your invoice marked
with the date of purchase, and the original packaging. To receive service or request
