If any of the following messages are displayed, check the unit while
referring to the Cause and Remedy columns.

Displayed when no Memory Stick is
inserted in the slot.
Insert a Memory Stick.
Security was not
canceled
Displayed when an attempt to cancel
key Memory Stick registration has
failed.
Insert the Memory Stick and try
canceling registration again.
MEMORY STICK is
incorrect.
Security was not
disabled.
If the Memory Stick is not recognized
as the key Memory Stick when
attempting to cancel the operation
lock status, the Memory Stick is
ejected.
Insert the correct Memory Stick
and try canceling the operation
lock status again.
CALL 800
Displayed when the key Memory Stick
recognition error occurs for the fifth
time while attempting to cancel the
operation lock status.

Displayed when a rolling code
recognition error occurs.
Re-enter the rolling code. If the
