computer has strange file
names.

You have not disconnected the
PocketDISH properly. In the PC
system tray (next to the clock),
locate and click the "Safely
Remove Hardware" icon.

You have not disconnected the
PocketDISH properly. In the
Finder, please use the Eject
button that displays behind the
PocketDISH drive.

On the PocketDISH, I see
files that I did not create.

This is normal, sometimes the
computer transfers files for
proper operation of the
devices.

I have trouble installing
Windows Media Player 10.

You are not running
Windows XP or higher. Use
Windows Media Player 9 or
upgrade to Windows XP.

You cannot use the Windows
Media Player, please use the
Mac iTunes player together
with the iTunes plug-in that you
can download from
