Cleaning adapter and terminal compartment
1. Turn off the main switch of the ECHO rechargeable power
tool and the power switch of the backpack battery.
2. Depress adapter latch release slide adapter out of ECHO re-
chargeable power tool.
3. Use compressed air or a soft bristle brush to remove debris
from adapter and terminal compartment.
Power cable
1. Check whether or not the power cable is about to break, or
the cable protection is broken. In the event of breakage, con-
sult your ECHO dealer.
Battery pack
1. Check for any crack or liquid leakage in appearance.
2. Do not wipe the battery with gasoline or chemicals.
3. Do not wash the battery in water.
4. In the event of breakage, consult your dealer since it will
pose a danger.
