PROBLEM

CAUSE

SOLUTION

The dryer cannot be opened 

or the program cannot be 

started. The dryer does not 

activate when set.

The dryer does not need to be 

plugged into the mains. 

Make sure the dryer is plugged into 

a power outlet.

The door may be open. 

Make sure the door is closed 

properly.

You may not have set the program 

or pressed the Start/Pause button. 

Make sure that the programme has 

been set and that the dryer is not in 

standby (pause) mode. 

The child lock can be active. 

Turn off the child lock.

The programme was
