Problem Possible cause Troubleshooting
No water is coming in the
washing machine. The water tap is closed. Open the water tap.
The inlet hose may be twisted. Check the inlet hose.
Clogged inlet hose. Clean the fi lters of the inlet hose. (*)
The inlet fi lter is clogged. Clean the fi lter of the inlet valve. (*)
The door is not properly closed. Close carefully the washing machine
door.
The washing machine does
not drain water. The drain hose is clogged or
twisted. Check the drain hose.
Pump fi lter is clogged. Clean the pump fi lter. (*)
The laundry is not distributed
evenly in the washing machine. Distribute the laundry evenly.
The washing machine
vibrates. The feet of the washing machine
are not adjusted. Adjust the feet. (**)
You did not remove the lock screws. Remove the lock screws. (**)
There is small amount of laundry in
the washing machine. Does not prevent washing machine
operation.
Overloading the washing machine
or uneven distribution of laundry. Do not exceed the recommended
quantity of laundry and spread it in
the washing machine evenly.
The washing machine touches
surrounding surfaces. Install the machine so that it does
not touch the surrounding surfaces.
Allow at least 2 cm between the
washing machine and wall or other
surfaces.
Excessive foam in the
detergent drawer. You used too much detergent.
Press ( Start/Pause ) . To prevent
foaming, mix one teaspoon of fabric
softener in half litre of water and
pour it into the detergent drawer.
After 5 – 10 minutes press
( Start/Pause ) . Use correct amount of
detergent in the next washing.
Unsuitable detergent. Use only detergents intended for
automatic washing machines.
