Attention: Foods like potatoes, apples, onions, carrots atc. must be peeled and seedless! Onions – we
recommend to insert vertically, otherwise it would not produce slices!
Use hard foods to obtain satisfactory results and to prevent accumulation of food in the fi lling tube.
Do not use the grater to grate overly hard or soft ingredients, like ice cubes, sugar or pieces of meat.
Place the foods into the fi lling tube chopped into pieces to fi ll the space of the fi lling tube evenly.

Before fi rst use
Before you can use the appliance, you must fi rst:

unpack all supplied parts
•
clean the appliance

Keep the packaging material out of reach of children and pets. Danger of suff ocation!
Unpack all the supplied parts and check if the package is complete (see “Accessories” in the chapter
“Description of the appliance”) and if it was not damaged during transportation. If you fi nd any damaged
parts, contact your vendor immediately and do not use any of the damaged parts!
Cleaning
Some residues originating during the manufacturing process may adhere to your appliance. Therefore
clean the appliance before fi rst use thoroughly to prevent any negative eff ects on your health (see chapter
“Cleaning and storage”).
