problem
cause and solution of common problems
photo frame does not turn on.
•
power supply adapter is not entirely plugged into an outlet, connect
it correctly and check it.

the power switch on the rear panel is not in the “on” position, switch
it on.
if these solutions do not help, contact customer service or an authorized
service center.
cannot connect computer.
1. check the setting of the usb mode and make sure that the setting is
“device/equipment”.
2. check the source setting of the usb mode and make sure that it is
correct.
