Load Break Switch maneuvers
CLOSING THE EARTHING SWITCH:
Place the control arm in earthing switch control
housing as shown, and rotate in arrow direction.
Position after the earthing switch is closed:
Earthing switch closed, closing spring idle (LBS open).
INSTALLING THE CLOSING SPRING:
Place the installation arm to installation housing as
shown, and rotate in arrow direction.
Ensure that installation sound is heart when installing
the closing spring.
If there is a spring installation motor on the
switchgear,
spring will be installed automatically when
LV fuses are closed.
After the closing spring is installed:
Earthing switch open, closing spring installed (LBS open).
