Nameplate identification
and markings
It is always advisable to be
familiar with the location
and information provided on a
breaker’s nameplate . All low
voltage power circuit breakers
must be applied within their
nameplate ratings . Nameplates
are prominently displayed
on the front of the circuit
breaker, and provide important
information relative to that
specific circuit breaker .
