Configuration
Only the available options are displayed.
User settings are not protected by default. You can enable the password
through the User Password setting.
Table 4 describes the options that you can change.

NOTE
Disabling audible alarms takes effect instantly and remains
disabled, even after a power cycle. This differs from the mute
feature, by which the audible alarm is temporarily silenced when
any button is pressed but turns on again if a new alarm is
triggered.

control commands are restricted to LCD only.

NOTE
Numerical settings configured in Standby mode take effect
immediately. Auto sensing and settings configured outside of
Standby mode take effect after the next power off and restart.
Selecting auto sensing disables the battery start feature until the
first successful startup on utility power.
For 9910-E66 and 9910-E67 models, the default auto sensing runs at
each startup to set the output voltage.

NOTE
When configured
for auto sensing, the
UPS uses the optimal
detected setting for
voltage.
