LISTING TO A TAPE

GENERAL OPERATION

Slide the function switch (20) to “SOURCE” position, the LCD display (2) will show “PLS SELECT 

FUNCTION” then press the tape button (11).

CASSETTE PLAYBACK: 

The system will start playback automatically after insertion of the  

   

 

 

cassette tape.

STOP AND EJECT:   

Press the “TAPE FORWARD / EJECT” button completely inward  

   

 

 

and the cassette tape will stop playing and be ejected.

 

FAST FORWARD:   

Press the “TAPE FORWARD / EJECT” button half in during    

 

 

 

playback and the tape will start fast winding forwards.  

 

 

 

 

The “TAPE FORWARD / EJECT” button will keep at middle    

 

 

 

height position, slightly press the “TAPE FORWARD / EJECT”  

 

 

 

button again to resume normal playback. The “TAPE FORWARD /  

 

  

EJECT” button will resume to the highest position.

NOTE:-

-  Make sure the direction is correct when inserting the tape into the system.

   Some searching noise can be heard during fast forward mode, return to normal play mode to  

  listen to the tape.

- It is recommended to remove the cassette tape from the system every time after listening and  

  not to leave the cassette tape inside the system when not in use.

OPERATION

Remove the stylus protector.

Be sure that the tone arm lock is disengaged from 

the tone arm before operating and re-secured again after use.
1) Slide the function switch (20) to the “SOURCE” position. 

  The LCD display (2) will show “PLS SELECT FUNCTION”, 

  press the phono button (13).

2) Set the speed selector (39) to the appropriate position 

  depending on the record to be played.
