TROUBLESHOOTING

 of the program error messages

:

Splint probe disconnected, switch to manual mode (automatic mode cannot be activated if the

splint probe is disconnected).

Water container probe disconnected

automatic temperature control can no longer be activated if

the tray cable is disconnected or the temperature probe is not working

.

Battery probe

charging stopped

if the battery is out of service or disconnected from the card.

WARNING: if the device is fully discharged, the software requires the tactile screen to be calibrated

after the device is restarted using the mains. You need to press on the arrow at the top left of the

screen and then on the arrow at the bottom right. The menu screen should appear immediately.

WATER CIRCUIT BLOCKED

:  

Check that both hoses from the water tank are not pinched, check with 

another splint, check that the splint is not creased or that the patient is not pressing on the pouch or 

on the hoses from the splint.

Check if there is water at the bottom of the tank by raising the

foam cover on the unit. Of course you need to remove the water tanks beforehand

.

any more. Actions to take:

1. Start a static compression therapy treatment program. If the pressure in the splint does

not rise, try with another splint

.

2. If the test with another splint results in the same outcome, it means there is a problem

with the air pump or the air circuit. In this case, contact the manufacturer or your

distributor.
