sustain
For increased flexibility and control while
playing, you can have the keyboard use a
sustain effect on the notes.
1. Press the
[sustain]
button to have the
keyboard sustain the notes you play.
“SUSTAIN” appears on the display and the
notes you are playing are sustained until
you release the
[sustain]
button.

2. Press the [sustain] button again to
deactivate this function.
piano
The Piano mode plays the Piano voice only,
stopping any other voices and styles in use.
1. Press the
[piano]
button to switch to
Piano mode.

2. To exit the Piano mode, press the
[voiCe]

[Demo]
, any of the
5 memory buttons in “memory mode” or
the
[piano]
button a second time.
styLes
selecting a style
Your keyboard offers 100 preset styles from
which to choose to serve as a basis for your
own performance. Each time you switch
the keyboard on, the “8 BEAT 1” style is
automatically loaded.
1. Press the
[style]
button. “STYLE” and
the current style number appear on the
display.

From 00 to 99
2. To select a different style, choose a style
from the style list and type its number
on the keypad. For example, to select
04, which corresponds to “8 BEAT 4”,
press “0”, then “4”. “Style 04” appears
on the display. Press the
[-]
or
[+]
button
repeatedly to select previous or following
styles.
3. Press the
[start/stop]
button to start
playing the selected style.
4. Press the
[aCC.vol]
button to adjust the
volume of the accompaniment as desired.
