WARRANTY INFORMATION

For any faults or issues you may experience with the G10X electric scooter, please 
contact the retailer where you purchased the scooter to have it assessed for 
warranty. 

The warranty will be null and void if

 Damage is caused by failure to regularly service or maintain the scooter. (eg: tyres, brakes etc.)

2

 

Damage is caused by misuse, traffic accidents or collisions.

3

 Damage is caused by environmental factors such as rain or excessive sunlight.

4

 Damage is caused by riding on rough, uneven surfaces or from performing stunts such as jumping the 

scooter.

 The scooter has been modified in any way or tampered with by a non authorised repairer.

 The scooter or battery is in any way damaged through malice or rough intent.

7

 The battery has overheated or been stored at a temperature above or below the recommended 

parameters.

 There is any sign of water ingress into any part of the scooter.

 Damage to the scooter caused by natural disaster or irresistible force.

Proof of purchase is required for any warranty claim. All warranties should go through the retailer where you purchased the product.
