Installation instructions for GPR Slides

ATTENTION!
We suggest that the installation is made by a professional playground
equipment installer!
Please read this manual carefully before you start the installation!
Install the equipment step by step!
Keep the correct order of the steps!
Otherwise the equipment might be damaged! Improper installation may cause the rejection of the
authorised expert of the whole play equipment.
If the equipment is damaged by improper installation the manufacturer may reject the guarantee.
DELIVERED PARTS:
1 x Slide
2 x Ground anchor
1 x Tower anchor
4 x Bolt, nut, washer for ground anchor
2 x Bolt to connect slide and tower anchor
INSTALLATION
1.
Before you start check all distances and free spaces to other equipment
2.
Install the tower anchor first. Do not tighten the bolts yet.
3.
Put the slide on top of the platform and check the alignment. In this step you can mark the
holes for the tower connection using the tower anchor. Mark the holes for the ground anchors.
4.
Drill the fixation holes in the tower and dig the holes for ground anchors.
5.
Fix the ground anchors and tighten the bolts for tower anchor.
6.
Connect the entrance part with the platform.
7.
Fill up the basements with concrete type B25 and compress the concrete. Fill up remaining
space with ground material.
8.
Installation is now finished.

Maintenance has to be done acc. to the common maintenance guide
provided by company E. Beckmann
