Chordal Accompaniment
The auto accompaniment feature is able to generate chordal accompaniment shown on the keys, following the
chosen rhythmic pattern.
When this is enabled, besides the drums and percussions the accompaniment also adds on melodic instruments to
play the chords so that anyone may enjoy playing music of different genres.

Choose a rhythm first.

Set the tempo.
Refer to page 21.

Turn on the chordal accompaniment.
Press
ACCOMP
. The button will turn on.

ACCOMP
again to turn off the chordal accompaniment. This only affects the chord part and does not turn off the
rhythmic accompaniment.

Select the desired method for indicating chords.
When the
ACCOMP
button is pressed, the LED will show the list of available methods for inputting chords. Use the
DATA
buttons to select the desired method. (Refer to page 23)

Start the auto accompaniment.
Press
START/STOP
to begin the rhythm accompaniment (see page 21), and indicate a chord using
the selected method to trigger the chordal accompaniment(see page 23-24). All other auto
accompaniment features are also available (see page 21-22).

End the auto accompaniment.
Use the
START/STOP
or
INTRO/ENDING
buttons to end the auto accompaniment.
