Click the 

Login

 icon and enter login credentials for the devices. 

 

Enter the unit’s IP address in your browser (IE 8, 9 10, or 11). 

 

When the 

Login

 window opens, enter the unit’s default user name and 

password (“admin” and “admin”).

Viewing Live Video 

After logging in for the first time or loading a new firmware version, an 
information bar opens in the user interface, requesting you to enable the ActiveX 
plug-in for the VLC media player to view live video.  

To enable the ActiveX plug-in  

 

From the web interface, click the on-screen link “Install VLC Plug-in 
First”. The following information bar is displayed:

Allow
