In each fender, remove the first 

two bolts closest to the front of the 
vehicle using an 10mm. There are two 
clips securing the front section of 
the fender to the bumper. To remove 
these clips, reach inside the wheel 
well and squeeze the pushdown tabs 
and push clips out. 

NOTE: Fender should only be partially 
removed.
