6. Safety Instructions
6.1 General

Ensure the worklight is correctly charged before initial use.
•
DO NOT cover or block the lens during use
•
DO NOT use the light directly towards the eyes of a person or an animal.
•
DO NOT handle or move the worklight while it is being charged
•
DO NOT use the work light if you suspect that the battery or the worklight casing is damaged
6.2 Battery safety
WARNING! To reduce the risk of burns or fire:
•
DO NOT attempt to open,disassemble,modify or service the battery.
•
The worklight charger is switched off and disconnected from the worklight before attempting
to open the lamp unit.
•
DO NOT expose the worklight to temperatures above 40
ºC
•
DO NOT crush, puncture, short external contacts or dispose of in fire or water.
•
Replace only with the batteries designated for this product.
•
Dispose of the old batteries in accordance with local authority battery regulations.
6.3 Electrical safety
•
Check that cables are protected against short circuits and overloads.
•
Check that the Volt indicated on the charger socket corresponds to the power supply used. Fully unroll the cable
between the charger and the work light.
•
Do not use other types of chargers with this product.
•
Use only the appropriate connectors.
•
Do not attempt to disconnect the charger connector.
•
Do not use the charger plug to charge or power other products.
6.4 Maintenance
•
Do not clean the work light with detergents.
•
Store the work light in a clean, dry place when not in use
