Batteries and heat
• Do not open the casing as this may result in electric shock.
• Do not place the device close to products that become hot.
• If the battery leaks, do not allow any battery fluid to come
into contact with the skin or eyes. If contact has been made,
wash the a

fected area with copious amounts of water and
seek medical advice.
• Keep batteries out of reach of children.
• Do not short circuit the contacts inside the battery
compartment or any batteries.
• Do not crush, puncture, dismantle the device, otherwise it
might damage the batteries.
• Do not dispose the device in a fire because the batteries
could explode.
• Do not expose the device and batteries to excessive heat
sources like fire.
• Do not dispose the device in your household waste, as it
contains batteries. Batteries can be disposed of by taking
them to your local recycling station. Contact your local
government offices for details.
3) INSTALLING AND USING THE DEVICE
Open the packaging carefully before taking out the device.
Make sure its complete and undamaged. If any components
are missing or damaged, contact the vendor and do not use
the product. Retain the packaging or recycle it in accordance
with local regulations.
• Remove all packaging from the device.
• Clean the device with a damp cloth. Please refer to the
'cleaning and maintenance’ section.

Inserting batteries
Ringer
• Detach the mounting plate from the ringe
r.
• Open the round battery cover (10) of the device with a coin.
•
T
urn the battery cover counter clockwise to open it.
• Insert 1 x 3Vdc CR2032 battery (included), observing the
polarities in the battery compartment.
• Put the battery cover back on the battery compartment.
To
secure the battery cover,
turn it clockwise.
Note:
If the battery needs to be replaced after mounting the
device, first detach the ringer from the mounting plate, then
follow the steps as described above.
Chime
• Open the battery cover (9) by pulling the lip of the battery
cover.
• Insert 2x 1.5Vdc
AA batteries (not included), observing the
polarities in the battery compartment.
• Replace the cove

, closing the battery compartment (9).
Operating Instructions
pairing the ringer and chime
• Press and hold the melody selection button (1) on the chime
for 3 seconds until you hear two short beeps.
• Press the button of the ringer (5) within 30 seconds.
T
wo
short beeps will sound, indicating the ringer is paired with the
chime.
• Press the ringer button (5) to check correct operation.
Note! In case of a second chime; follow the pairing
procedure as described above.
Unpairing the ringer and chime
• Press and hold the melody selection button (1) on the chime
for 10 seconds.
The chime will sound two short beeps
indicating the ringer and chime are unpaired.
Melody selection
• Press the melody selection button (1) on the chime to select
one of the 18 available melodies.
• Each press will select another melod
y.
Volume setting
• Press the volume button (2) for 1 second to select the
desired volume level. There are 4 different volume levels.
• Select the desired volume level of the chime by pressing the
volume button (2). Each press will increase the volume level
(1=>2=>3=>4 =>1)
Mode selection (melody, LED flash, melody & LED flash)
• Switch the mode selection button (3) to select the desired
mode
o Melody – upper position switch
o LED flash – middle position switch
o Melody & LED flash – bottom position switch
Installation ringer
Mounting with adhesive tape
The ringer can be mounted by using the included adhesive
tape on the rear surface of the mounting plate.
Adhesive tape can only be used on a dry and smooth surface,
which is free of dirt and grease.
In order to prepare the surface for putting the adhesive tape
on the mounting plate, wipe the surface with a cloth soaked in
degreaser
, then wipe it dry before placing the mounting plate
with the adhesive tape.

Mounting with screws & plugs
If you intend to install this device yourself, you must check for
installations such as electrical wiring and plumbing that may
be hidden inside the wall.
Additional tools (not included) are
required for installation.
Mark the drill holes at the marked positions (holes) of the
mounting plate.
Drill the holes and push the mounting plugs into the drilled
holes.
Then use the screws to assemble the mounting plate. Do not
over-tighten screws.
Attach the ringer to the mounting plate.

nstallation chime
The portable chime can be placed in any desired location.
It is possible to mount the chime. Check correct operation
before drilling any hole.
To mount the chime, drill a hole at the desired position and
push the mounting plug into the drilled hole. Then use the
screw to slide the chime over the mounted chime.
4) CLEANNG AND MAINTANANCE
Proper and regular cleaning will ensure safe operation and
extend the lifespan of the device. Use a damp cloth to remove
dirt from the device.
Attention!
• Do not clean the device with strong chemicals - or
alkali-based, abrasive or disinfecting agents - because they
could damage the surface of the product.
• Do not immerse the device into water or any other liquids.
