10. The swivel bracket (2) swivels back to its initial position.
The switch (16) must be operated approx. 5 mm before the stacking
bracket (1) is reached.
11. Loosen the screw and adjust the switch cam (17) by shifting.
Important
If the switch actuation point is set too early, the workpieces will not be
clamped safely and may fall to the ground. Check the optimal switch
actuation point by performing stacking operations with workpieces and
correct it if necessary.
14.2.3 Setting the stacking speed
The speed of the swiveling movement performed by the clamping bracket
and the throw-over bracket can be adjusted separately using the throttle
valves of the cylinders. The swiveling movements should be performed
rapidly, but not abruptly.
To check the speed of the stacker function, you can trigger a stacker
operation by activating valve
