Work with more IR extenders
In case you expect to have much illumination in order to get extreme best
quality images or videos, you can connect a chain of boosters up to 4 sets as
you like. For the Master booster (the 1st booster), there is no need to change
the default setting except you are using a wild game camera with cable
connection. For other slave extenders, they are required to open the inner
panel by loosing 3 screws and change the jumper for the trigger source to
CABLE (Pins 2-3), see figure.2.
Then use the attached cable to plug one end to the IR-IN port on the slave and
other end to the IR-OUT of the Master. In the chain connection, the previous
unit is called Master and the next is called as Slave.
Mounting
The booster is mounted on a tree with the attached belt as the installation
method shown as the right. And then adjust a desired angle along with the
scouting camera lens direction.
Battery replacement
The average life of good quality battery Conditions affecting battery life are
including usage of the booster in video mode or using product in a cold climate.
Do not try to mix old and new batteries together.
If you notice a red BAT-LOW light up which on the lower center of the window
while you push the BAT-LOW button, that means the status of battery is at low
condition. You can consider to replace a new set of battery soonest. In a cold
season, it is always recommended to put in new batteries at the beginning of
winter.
