6-1-3. Straightening the wire
When the stitch is bent or deformed, straighten the wire. Straight wire enables more stable stitching
operations.
1) Remove the leaf spring and remove the former.
2) Feed the wire with the adjusting handle.
3) Rotating the wire straightener clockwise warps the wire downward and rotating it counterclockwise
warps it upward. Adjust the wire so that it is transported straight.
4) After adjustment, remove the wire from the stitcher head, and then return the former to its original
position.

6-1-4. Stitching test
When the PC CONTROLLER is connected, you can perform a stitching test using the PC CONTROLLER.
For details, refer to the PC CONTROLLER operation manual.

Turn on the power of this machine.

Press the [Main] tab.
The [Main] screen is displayed.

Press the or key to select a memory
number for “saddle stitching”.

Press the
key to perform a size
change.

Prepare the same size of paper as the
one registered in the memory selected
and load it on the upstream unit.

Press the [Function] tab.
