Temperature/Pressure Gauge Installation
To install the temperature/pressure gauge on the boiler:
Remove the box containing the new gauge from the

parts bag and remove the gauge from the box.
Apply pipe sealant to the threads on the shaft of the

gauge as shown in Figure 7.

Thread the gauge into the supply water tee as shown in

Figure 8. To Prevent damage do not overtighten.

NOTICE
IMPORTANT: DO NOT TIGHTEN GAUGE BY
HAND!! Gauge should be tightened using a
crescent wrench or 9/16” open end wrench as
shown in Figure 9

. Once installation is complete, remove sticker from
front of the gauge as shown in Figure 10.
