HEAD.
Encloses the freezing
cylinder and provides an opening for
product to be dispensed.

BODY - SPIGOT.
Provides an
opening and a housing in the head
for the plug-spigot.

O-RING - SPIGOT.
Seals the spigot
plug in the spigot body.

PLUG - SPIGOT.
Seals the product
opening in the head when closed.
Allows product to flow when open.

SPRING - SPIGOT.
Puts tension on
the spigot plug to seal against the
spigot O-ring.

CAP SPRING - PLASTIC.
Covers
the spring and locks the spigot plug
to the body for assembly.
7 HANDLE - SPIGOT.
Used to open
and close the spigot to start and stop
the flow of product from the freezer.
8 NUT - PLASTIC.
Holds the spigot
assembly in the spigot body.
9 KNOB - HAND.
Secures the head to
the freezing cylinder.
10 PLUG - AIR RELIEF.
Seals the air
relief opening in the head when
closed. Allows air to be removed from
the cylinder in the filling process.
11 O-RING - PLUG.
Seals the air relief
plug in the head.
12 BUSHING - HEAD.
Supports and
aligns the beater shaft in the head.
Must be lubricated.
