Start und Fahrt des Motorrads
1) Den Motor durch Ziehen des Kupplungshebels
entkuppeln.
2) Den Fußschalthebel kräftig mit der Fußspitze
herunterdrücken und den ersten Gang einlegen.
3) Durch Drehen des Gasdrehgriffs den Motor
beschleunigen und dabei den Kupplungshebel
langsam und gleichmäßig zurücklassen. Das Motorrad
fährt an.
4) Den Kupplungshebel nun vollkommen loslassen und
beschleunigen.
5) Um in einen höheren Gang umschalten zu können, das
Gas zurückdrehen und so die Motordrehzahl mindern,
dann auskuppeln, den Gangwahlhebel anheben und
daraufhin den Kupplungshebel zurücklassen.
Der Übergang von einem höheren Gang in einen
niedrigeren muss folgendermaßen erfolgen: Den
Gasdrehgriff zurückdrehen, den Kupplungshebel ziehen,
den Motor kurzzeitig beschleunigen, dadurch werden die
einzulegenden Zahnräder auf Gleichlauf gebracht, nun den
nächst niedrigeren Gang einlegen, dann den
Kupplungshebel loslassen.
Die Steuerungen überlegt und rechtzeitig verwenden: An
Steigungen, wenn man an Geschwindigkeit verliert bzw.
der Motor an Drehzahl, muss man sofort in den nächst
niedrigeren Gang zurückschalten. So werden übermäßige
Beanspruchungen, nicht nur am Motor, sondern auch an
der gesamten Motorradstruktur vermieden.
Wichtig
Abrupte Beschleunigungen vermeiden, da sie zum
Einspritzen einer übermäßigen Menge an Kraftstoff und zu
starken Ruckbelastungen an der Kraftübertragung führen
können. Ebenso vermeiden, die Kupplung beim Einlegen
eines Gangs länger als erforderlich ausgekuppelt zu
belassen, da dies zur Erwärmung und zu übermäßigem
Verschleiß des Reibungsmaterials führt.
