If you start directly with the coil, take care that you screw the plug connection very
well. Never plug or change the coil while the detector working except you will be ask.
Read subject “Coil Changing”. Look for a place where less metal object are in the
near. In rooms do absolutely not turn on TV and Computers. The emission of this
devices will be received from your detector.
Start:
After turning on the Detector you will see the battery check and language selection.
This will be displayed for about 8 seconds. Within this time you can choose your own
language. Push the button (F1) to select. The selected language will be displayed
above the button. The detector will start using the selected language showing the
DTI-Logo. Without coil the detector will switch to the demonstration mode. The PIU-
Memory will be set to factory settings automatically after every start.
