Use
PLEASE NOTE!

Always switch the device off before you change the accessories.
■
Pay attention to the dust bin’s
MAX
mark. If the mark is reached during use, empty
the dust bin. The
fi
lters must also be cleaned regularly to prevent the motor from
being overloaded.
1. Depending on your needs, choose accessories (see chapter “Device overview”, sec-
tion “Accessories”) and attach them to the device (see chapter “Assembly”).
2. Unwind the mains cord (
E
) to its full length and insert the mains plug in an easily
accessible socket.
3. Tilt the On / Off (
B
) switch to position
I
to switch the device on.
4. Move the nozzle over the surface you want to clean.
5. Once you are
fi
nished vacuum cleaning,
fl
ip the On / Off switch to position
0
and pull
the mains plug out of the socket.
6. To ensure that the device operates optimally, empty and, if necessary, clean the dust
bin (
1
) after each use (see the next chapter “Cleaning and storing the device”).
Cleaning and storing the device
PLEASE NOTE!

Before you clean the device, always pull the mains plug out of the socket.
■
Accessories that are cleaned with water must be completely dry when inserting them
in the device!
■
The
fi
lters are not suitable for the washing machine, dishwasher or dryer. Only air dry
the
fi
lters; do not in any case use a hair dryer!
■
Do not use any sharp or abrasive cleaners or cleaning pads. They could damage the
surfaces.
The
fi
lters may discolour over time. This is normal and does not affect the func-
tionality.

lters are damaged or worn, new
fi

Emptying the dust bin
1. Push the release button (
A
) for the dust bin. Take the dust
bin (
1
) off of the motor unit (
2
).
2. Hold the dust bin (
1
) over an open rubbish bin. The dis-
tance to the rubbish bin should be as small as possible so
that the dust does not disperse in the surroundings.
3. Pull the latch on the bottom hatch (
G
) down. The bottom
hatch (
F
) will open and the dirt will fall out.
4. Close the bottom hatch (
F
). The fastener must audibly lock
into place.
