before disposing them.
If you are not sure if your waste facility can handle lithium-ion batteries, contact them and verify if
they are permitted or not.

15 USE IN LIFE SUPPORT APPLICATIONS
The battery SHALL NOT be used in, or in conjunction with, any Life Support Application without
the express written consent of Drypower. Life Support Applications includes, without limitation: (i)a
device to be implanted in a human body; or (ii) a system or device, which supports or monitors a
human life, such that its failure could cause serious injury or death.
