Buckets can be placed around the rotor in any of the rotor loading configurations shown below. Each bucket
must be loaded symmetrically with tubes.
15 mL / 125 mm tubes
may be spun in the standard HORIZON 24 Flex buckets, but must be loaded as follows:
When three buckets are being used
, each bucket must be loaded symmetrically in any configuration below:
When all six buckets are being used
, the rotor must be loaded in the following configuration
only
. Opposing
buckets do not need to be filled but must be loaded in exactly the same way.
