Restrictions
The buyer is not entitled to repairs as referred to in these warranty terms if the fault
or damage is caused by wear and tear caused by normal use, incorrect installation, the
customer’s alterations, an accident, faulty use, freezing, incorrect use of chemicals,
commercial use, the use of an accessory approved by someone other than Drop
Design Pool Oy, neglect to follow the user instructions, not maintaining or cleaning
the pool, or repairs done by someone other than a repair shop authorised by Drop
Design Pool Oy. The warranty does not cover damage caused by extreme weather
conditions (hail, storm, earthquake etc.). Costs caused by the above-mentioned
reasons incurred by the manufacturer are invoiced from the customer according to
the normal service price list. The stove has a one (1) year warranty. The warranty
does not apply to the pool’s potential suction, ozonizer, UV cleaning equipment,
heat insulation cover and the filter container’s float. These products have a warranty
of six (6) months.
The warranty does not cover indirect or other unusual damage incurred by the
buyer, such as losses, unobtained profits or other consequential loss or any property
damage.
Warranty for demonstration products
Demonstration products are sold in the condition they are in at the time of
purchase. Drop Design Pool Oy is not liable for any surface damage or other damage
in demonstration products and fixing the deficiencies is not covered by the warranty.
In any other regard, the warranty covers demonstration products unless otherwise
agreed in writing during the time of order.
