EMPTYING THE SYSTEM
Disconnect the tranferhoses by the recycler. Leave the white hose on the floor and stick the black one into an
empty drum. Run the tranferpumps. 12 l will be pumped into the drum. Run the pump for clean rinse with
clean solvent in the gun cleaner until it starts to pump air. Run the transferpumps once again, another
maximum 12 l will be pumped through the black hose. Make sure there is enough room in the drum. Then
run the pre-wash on the gun cleaner, and the transferpumps a third time to the solvent. Repeate this last stage
until the system is empty.
THE LEVEL INDICAtOR OF THE RDX
The level indicator shows the amount of solvent present in the outer volume (”the operating volume”) of the
RDX.

When the indicator is 230 mm up (its highest possible position), the maxlevel indicator of the gun cleaner
will simultaneously respond. It is at this time strictly prohibited to fill up with more solvent, since the
recycler then will overflow at the next tranferpumping.
BRUSH FOR MANUAL WASHING
The pump makes it possible to connect a hose with a brush instead of using the nozzle, this in order for the
stream of solvent to pass through the brush for an effective manual washing. The ordernumber for this brush
is DRESTER “WASH BRUSH 10840”.
