To make installation easier, apply a small amount of dish soap to the screw threads. To prevent stripping or damaging the screw heads, use low torque and drill correct-sized piot holes for all screws. Use the correct drill bit type for the surface material.

If a stud is present behind the wall
:
drill a
Ø
3/16”(4mm)
hole up to the stud, drill an
Ø
1/8” (3mm)
pilot hole
into the stud and
use the
ST4.0 x 40mm Pan Head Screws (#08)
OR ◾
If no stud is present behind the wall
:
drill a
Ø
5/16”(7mm)
hole and insert the
Wall Anchors, 8mm (#05)
and use the
ST4.0 x 40mm Pan Head Screws (#08).
