FIELD and BRUSH MOWER
Removing the Wheels
BEFORE PERFORMING ANY MAINTENANCE PROCEDURE, STOP THE ENGINE AND
DISCONNECT THE
SPARK PLUG WIRE.
Tool Needed:
•
(2) 7/16" Wrench or Socket
1. Block the machine so the Wheel you are removing is off the ground.
2. While holding the Shear Bolt Head (
Figure 32
) with one Wrench, remove the Shear Bolt Nut with
the other Wrench.
3. Remove the Shear Bolt and slide the Wheel off the axle (
Figure 32
).
4. Replace the Wheel in the reverse order as above.
NOTE:
Do not over tighten the Shear Bolt Nut when reinstalling the Wheel.
