Specified use
The TAIFUN-CLEAN rotation nozzles are designed for use in the TAIFUN-CLEAN surface
cleaning systems. By their rotational action they generate a pulsating, highly turbulent airflow
with high cleaning effect.
They are designed exclusively for operation with oil-free, dry and filtered compressed air
conforming to DIN ISO 8573-1 standard class 3.
For the max. operating pressure please refer to the manufacturer's specification plate. The rev
speed of the rotation nozzles depends on the pressure.
The nozzle applications can vary according to applying conditions.
Lubricant leaks/ contamination
The active compressed air does not come into contact with the bearings when used as specified
(nozzles blowing freely). The designed positioning of the bearings and a corresponding
compressed air guide provide effective protection against lubricant leaks from inside the bearing
and against access of contamination.
The special bearings possess also a reduced amount of lubrication.
Additional sealing of the bearing assembly prevents loss of lubrication through leakage.
Guarantee:
The TAIFUN-CLEAN rotation nozzles have a 6 month guarantee.
Observe the advice in the operating instructions and the installation instructions.
Maintenance:
Die TAIFUN-CLEAN Rotation nozzle is maintenance free when used as specified.
The base body and the nozzles can become contaminated and should be cleaned with a soft
brush and compressed air. The light-running special bearings, even in normal use, are subject to
wear. The revs of the rotation nozzles can thereby change. When the rev count drops or the
rotation nozzle stops the bearings must be replaced.
Service:
In order to assure excellent function of the rotation nozzles, also after the guarantee has expired,
we offer you as a special service a factory overhaul.
This includes replacement of wearing parts such as bearing and gasket and a thorough cleaning
of all components. The overhaul is performed in our factory at a fixed service price according to
the price list. Further servicing which may be needed, e.g. replacement nozzles will be charged
according to work and parts involved.

Spare parts:
Rotation nozzles of various types can be ordered individually as spare parts. Adapters could be
necessary for older models.
