Connect the AC plug to a Wall receptacle. Verify the AC Power Indicator Light on the back of
the unit is GREEN. If the Power Indicator Light does not come on, make sure there is AC
power coming out of the wall outlet. If the Power Indicator Light still doesn’t come on or it is
RED, return the power supply to place of purchase for warranty repair or replacement.
-
The cart’s On
-Board Computer then turns on the power supply. When the charge cycle is
complete, the OBC turns the power supply back off. The point is, if there is a problem with the
OBC then it will not control the charger correctly - for those cases, contact your local golf
cart dealer or service center to have the On-Board Computer repaired or replaced.
-
The DC Amp Meter needle will move up from 0 to indicate ‘charging’.
-
Refer to your golf cart’s user manual for the batte
ry charging status.
Additional Charging and Battery Discharging Notes (very important):
-
If you drive the cart until the battery is completely exhausted, or leave the batteries sitting
for many, many months, it may be necessary to call for Cart Servicing to get some energy back
into the battery. Completely discharging the batteries will significantly shorten battery life
and may leave the battery permanently damaged
–
Avoid this situation, ALWAYS
