EXISTING GATES

Check gates are in excellent operating condition. Gates & hinges in poor

condition will give you trouble and prematurely wear the motor.

TIPS

•

Can be mounted on left or right post.

•

Best motor position is half-way up gate post.

Fit arm to motor.
Extend arm.

NOTE

Stay

Frame

Mount the motor where the arm meets the gate stay. Next best option is

the gate frame.

NOTE

Close gates.
Mark posts at base where

motor will be mounted.
