Use
To avoid the risk of crushing injury, do not touch the

Servicing

Printer integration
If this equipment is integrated in a machine, please
read the

for the machine before
working on the printer.
If the printer is incorporated in a machine or
assembled with other machines in a way that forms
machinery covered by the Directive 2006/95/CE:
- It may not operate independently
- It must not be commissioned until the end
machine in which it is incorporated has been
declared to comply with the relevant provisions of
the Directive on Machinery and other European
Directives applicable to the end machine.

Radio
An RFID tag is fitted to each ribbon waste spool
and contains the set-up information of the ribbon
as required by the printer.
The printer reads the RFID tag during the
calibration process and ‘pairs’ with the ribbon.
The RFID radio frequency is 13.56MHz with a
maximum power limit of 10mW from the antenna.
