SMS text messages
If a new SMS message has been received,
New Message
is displayed and a signal is
played. Press
q
to open the inbox.
%
is displayed at the top of the screen when
you have unread messages in the inbox. A
flashing
%
means that the inbox is full. Delete
some messages to free up memory.

save or delete text messages.
Using the keypad
The numerical keypad is also used for typing.
Press each key repeatedly to scroll between
characters and numbers.
Press
#
to toggle between upper/lower case
and numbers.
Press
*
for punctuation marks or special
characters.
Press to erase the last entered character.
