Install Harness Straps:
Push one harness end
through lower harness
guide on the left side of
child restraint.
Thread harness strap
under seat of child
restraint. Be sure harness
adjustment strap is
between shell and harness.
Push end of harness up
through lower harness slot
on the right side of
restraint.
Note:
DO NOT twist
harness strap.

Installing Harness System
Thread left harness strap
through left buckle plate
and right harness strap
through right buckle
plate. Make sure to push
through from the back of
buckle plate.
Thread harness ends
through chest clip.
Push left harness strap
through left upper
harness guide and right
harness strap through
right upper harness guide.
Note:
DO NOT twist
harness strap.

Install Buckle/Crotch
Strap:
Choose one of the three
slots that is closest to
child. From the front of
child restraint, push
buckle’s metal plate
through pad and shell.
Make sure that buckle is
facing out.
WARNING
!
Failure to place buckle’s metal plate
completely through pad and shell can result
in serious injury or death to the child.
Pull up on buckle/crotch
strap to make sure
buckle’s metal plate is
completely inserted
through the pad and shell.
From underneath child
restraint, pull buckle’s
metal plate through the
pad and shell.
