The cause of the error cannot be seen on the control panel. For a detailed
overview of error states, please refer to chapter
If, as end-user, you find the water heater in an error status, you may attempt to
re-start the water heater by pressing the reset button once. However, should the
error return or become persistent, you should contact your service and
maintenance engineer.
