Installing the refrigerator

The outer wall must be fitted with one air inlet ventilation grille (fig.
6
2a,
page 14) and one outlet ventilation grille (fig.
6
2b, page 14) so that the heat
generated can be easily released to the outside:
–
Lower air inlet vent LS300 can be installed from flush to the vehicle floor up to
a maximum height (top of vent) of 250 mm below the compressor shelf.
–
Upper air outlet vent LS300 must be installed with the bottom of the vent no
lower than the compressor shelf. Higher than the compressor shelf is
allowed, but for optimum service access as close as possible to the compres-
sor shelf height is recommended.

Fit an air deflection plate (fig.
6
4, page 14) above the compressor so that the
heat does not accumulate in the vehicle.
Installation with one lower rear vent and one roof vent

NOTE
This installation method is satisfactory for refrigerator performance, but
not the preferred method due to lack of service access to the compres-
sor shelf area.
