Test the security of the blades by applying a light pressure in the reverse
direction. (Attempting to remove the blades.) For this operation, it is
recommended to have the protective sheath over the blades in order to
avoid injury.
5.5.2 Removing Blades
•
Ensure the appliance is switched off and unplugged from the powerpoint.
•
Press the eject button in firmly. The blades will eject automatically.
NOTE:
Blades are sharp. Handle carefully to avoid injury.
DO NOT TOUCH CUTTING BLADE EDGES
•
To operate the knife, press the button down (located on the handle) with
your thumb.
•
To cut the food, simply guide the blades through the food. It is not
necessary to move the knife back and forward in a sawing motion, as the
double cutting action of the two blades will slice the food quickly, easily and
neatly.
•
To cease cutting, release pressure from the button, which automatically
turns the appliance off.
•
After use, unplug and dismantle prior to cleaning.

KEEP BODY PARTS AND OTHER ITEMS AWAY FROM THE
BLADES WHILST IN USE AND WHILST PLUGGED IN.
