4. Enter the name of the macro, and then enter any necessary comments.
You can select a macro to copy from the
Copy from
menu.

6. Click on the
Action to insert
drop-down menu, and then select the action to insert.
7. Click
Insert
, and then select the function of the macro.
8. Click
Save
