8 Setting up power supply
1. Remove the battery compartment cover.
2. Insert battery(ies) into the battery compartment. Ensure that the battery polarity (+/-) is correct.
3. Replace the battery compartment cover.

1 On / off power switch: To turn the metal de-
tector on or off. The detector is ready for oper-
ation after 2 seconds.
2 + Button
Increase sensitivity or hide target from detec-
tion (eliminate)
3 - Button
Decrease sensitivity or unhide target (remove
elimination)
4 MODE button: Change search mode (ALL
METAL or DISC)
5 Sensitivity: Shows the currently set sensitivity
level. Press + or - to increase or decrease the
sensitivity.
6 DISC (Discrimination): Press - to eliminate the
unwanted target object. To restore the elimin-
ated target, press +.
7 Battery status: Shows the current battery level.
