BATTERY MODULE INSTALLATION
System Pre-installation Preparation
Follow the instructions below to prepare the Intelect Advanced Stim or
Combo Therapy System for installation of the Battery Module.
1. Disconnect the Power Cord from . . .
the power supply.
2. Remove the Rear Panel and
disconnect the Power Cord from
the system.
3. Lift the system from the cart, if
equipped, and place on a level
working surface.
NOTE:
If the system is equipped with an
sEMG module, leave it in place
to maintain sEMG functions for
Channels 1 and 2. The sEMG mod-
ule will not interfere with installa-
tion of the Battery Module to the
system.
DISCONNECT
POWER CORD
REAR PANEL
4. Remove the Front Access Panel
and disconnect all existing cables
and Lead Wires.
5. Using the #1 Phillips Screwdriver,
remove the screw securing the
Lanyard to the Front Access
Panel.
NOTE:
Store Front Access Panel for
possible future use if module is
removed.
REMOVE
LANYARD
Disconnect the system from the power source (wall outlet) before
attempting any maintenance, installation, removal or replacement
procedures to prevent electrical shock and possible damage to system.
