Why can I not remotely control the karaoke from my smartphone when playing 
music? 
The music played through your karaoke speaker is directly picked up by the double 
microphones on the sides of the speaker; so, if the device from which the music is 
played is far, the microphones lose signal strength and cannot receive the 
transmitted sound.

Why is the LED Light Pole Not Working? 
Ensure the Light Pole has been firmly inserted into the base.
