8. Steering Wheel Assembly
●
Remove the M5×35 machine screw
and M5 nut from the steering wheel
with a screwdriver.
●
Insert the steering wheel onto the
end of the steering column, line up
the hole in the steering wheel and
the hole in steering column, insert
the M5x35 machine screw and M5
nut back as shown and tighten it
with a screwdriver.
Make sure to align their holes, then
tighten securely.
9. Windshield Assembly
●
Fit the tabs on the windshield into the
slots in the vehicle as shown.
●
Insert four 4x12 round head screws and
tighten with a screwdriver.

hood Assembly
●
Take out the motorhood from polybag.
●

Install the motorhood to the proper
position as shown, and secure it with
four 4x12 mushroom head screws.

NOTE:
The battery is
disconnected for shipment to
prevent the battery from draining.
Make sure to plug the motor
connector into the control module
connector as shown.
Make sure to plug the battery
postive connector into the battery
positive terminal (until you hear
a click).
Hint: If the motor connector will not plug into the control module connector, turn it
over and try again, making sure that the two connectors are properly aligned. Do not
force the motor connector into the control module connector.
NOTE: BATTERY LOCATED UNDER SEAT.
