Network Setup
Why connect to the Internet?
Once connected to the Internet this Receiver will receive
automatic Software Updates, and access to the full range of features.
You can connect using two methods, via an Ethernet Cable (Wired Connection), or via
Wi-Fi (Wireless Connection).
Wireless Connection
1. Follow the steps according to the Menu.
• Select
Menu
→ Network Setup
.
2. Select
Set Up Wi-Fi
, then press the
OK
button.
3. Choose your Wi-Fi Network from the list,
press the
OK
button to connect.
4. If your Network requires a Password, you
will receive a prompt to enter the Network
Password.
5. Enter the Password, then select Connect.
NOTE:
Wi-Fi Passwords are case sensitive.
Wired Connection
1. Connect one end of the Ethernet Cable to
the Ethernet Port on the back panel of the
Receiver. While connecting the other end
of the Ethernet Cable, to an Ethernet Port
on your Modem/Router.
2. Once a Wired Connection is established,
the Recever should automatically switch
and start using the Wired Connection.
